Just a reminder to players, the checks you receive are not good after 60 days, so please cash them within a reasonable time period after you leave. We also understand that players travel a long way to our events, and may need to leave before we complete our awards at the end of the day on Sunday. We understand that, so if you do need to leave, let us know, and we can get your check to you, no problem. We do not mail checks after you leave, so if you leave your check, you may violate that 60 day limit.

The Horseshoe Tour National Tournament host hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott. Call the front desk and request a room in the “Horseshoe Tournament” block. The rate for our tournament is $99 per night, and guests will have until October 21,2017 to book a room in the block. This is a very nice hotel, and a great price through the horseshoe block, normal rates are $144-$154, and is adjacent to the Civic Center, and within walking distance. The 2017 Cajun Coast Classic, site located just outside Morgan City, in Patterson, LA is our next event on the schedule. This is our third trip there, with each year showing improvement in the number of players attending, and we expect even a higher number of entries than last year. The host hotel will again be the Hampton Inn & Suites. The Morgan City Visitor’s Bureau has been very gracious, and the local club there really goes out of the way to make everyone feel at home. The food they provided has been awesome for the last two years, and I’m sure it will be the same this year! If you missed these prior tournaments, don’t make the same mistake this year, get your entry in, you will have a blast. The deadline for the entries is Wednesday, October 4th. Additional info will be posted as we get closer to the tournament.

The new Horseshoe Tour “final four” patches were given out, along with the NHPA patch, for the first time at the Winnemucca, NV tournament recently. We will continue to distribute these patches to each of the final four winners at each event in the future. Regular patches with just the “Horseshoe Tour” stitched on them are also available for $3.00 each, and will be available at the events.
